Answer
In the 2.4.X software release, we added a Maintenance reminder pop up to ensure the maintenance checks and visit is performed once a year.
This pop up message is only a warning and will not affect the playback of the show. The error log can be found in drmreport.tgz\doremi\log\maintenance.log and looks like this:
[Thu Nov 29 13:52:11 2012]: DOREMI_MAINTENANCE_PROGRAM error event: MaintenanceStatus Severity=Error Group=ScreenManagementSystem Operation=DOREMI_MAINTENANCE_PROGRAM Last=2008-11-05T15:52:32+01:00 Error=-1120 Warning=-1240"
This pop up message will be shown:

This pop up message will be shown:
"The Doremi Maintenance program has not been performed on time. The system may malfunction. Call Doremi tech support"
The procedure to stop the message appearing every day should be followed after the maintenance visit to check server operation, run upgrades, check and clean fans etc is:
- Go to Menu>Control Panel>Log Operator Maintenance.
- Record a new message under "DOREMI_MAINTENANCE_PROGRAM"
